Values are defined as deeply held preferences about what is important, meaningful and appropriate.

A company’s values at best reflect the values first of  the owner and ideally they resonate at some level with the entire team.   These values underpin the way an organization behaves and inform decisions in the areas of operations, finance, team building, leadership and how the company shows up in the market.

This challenge is to personally identify and respect your own values and to integrate them into how your run your company.  For example, if one of your core values is health then maybe it’s time to take a few breaks during the day for food, movement and calm.
