    I worked through your workbook exercise early on in our TR development – and I need to post this on our ‘world headquarters’ bulletin board (which is the side of our fridge – as our dining room table is our office!).

    Transplant Rogues:

    • Support others in the transplant community,
    • Promote transplant awareness in our communities, and
    • Live life like our donors are watching.


    Transplant Rogues provides online programs and information to help transplant candidates, recipients and their families to navigate their own transplant journeys so they can become physically and financially healthy once more.


    We strive to create a world where every person who requires a transplant can:

    • access their surgery in a timely manner,
    • thrive physically and mentally, and
    • create a post-transplant life that allows them to live without lasting financial burdens as a result of their transplant.


    Transplant Rogues is/values:

    Community: We seek to involve all members of the transplant community so we can realize better health and financial outcomes for transplant candidates and recipients.

    Freedom: ‘Living Life Again’ means that we make the most of the opportunities we have as a result of transplant. We strive to seize the opportunities our second life gives us.

    Advocacy: Transplant Rogues exists to help transplant candidates and recipients understand and successfully navigate their journey. We work in our province and country to help advocate in the interests of transplant patient and families.

    Support: We have found through our journey that there are gaps in support and Transplant Rogues works to help smooth these over so that transplant candidates and recipients can access the support they need throughout their transplant journey.

    Health: Physical, mental, emotional and financial. All of these can be a struggle through your journey. Transplant Rogues provides information, products and services to help patients, their caregivers and families with the challenges of a transplant journey.

    Monthly Performance Review


    1. Personal/company values match – does what you say and what you do match what we say and what we do? Review Supervisor Journal notes from the previous month to assess Right Attitudes/Values Star Chart score.
    2. <li style=”text-align: left;”>Effectiveness/position match – determine Effectiveness Star Chart score using our Progressive Skill Development Checklist, start from the basic requirements and work down to employee’s current position. Are all the requirements met? No = low Effectiveness marks. Yes = high Effectiveness marks.

    Nice. I had a job hunter once who observed that all resume focus statements were variations on the ‘I give a shit’ theme and he actually used that on his resume. It worked for him.
