Starting Friday, May 18, Systems Business Coach® is running a weekly one hour systems writing workshop. Each week anyone who is in the workshop program can join in, bring a list of systems to write, and get it done! We’ve run these previously and the feedback we got from participants was that it was very effective for accountability, focus and results of getting systems written.

Bring: a system (or a list of systems/policies) that you need to hone in on and write
At the beginning of the session, be ready to quickly share the number of systems you’re writing and the area of your business you’re writing it for during the hour (major accountability here)
